Mecnov delivered lately its latest industrial ultrasonic immersion tank equipped with state of the art ultrasonic phased array technology from OlympusNDT. 

The ultrasonic scanner system is designed to inspect aircraft engines welded parts. The immersion tank is equipped with a rotating table elevator allowing loading and unloading of parts easily.

Mecnov, because of the activities of its non-destructive systems, and also because it is a Bosch-Rexroth Certified Integrator, has been invited by Bosch-Rexroth, to publish one of its projects in their drive&control magazine.

This particular project was chosen by the drive&control editorial staff because of its innovative use of corrosion-resistant Bosch-Rexroth ball rails and blocks.

The system is used by an Asiatic customer to inspect aircraft landing gears using ultrasound in an underwater environment.
