In-Line Systems – Ultrasonic Tubes

These industrial systems are designed to inspect tubes of various diameters and wall thicknesses. Depending on inspection needs, UT conventional or phased array technology can be used.

Tubes to be inspected are conveyed by three-point centering devices and pinch rollers to ensure smooth and efficient inspection. As an option, these systems can inspect tubes in a tube-to-tube mode, allowing  for the inspection of tubes without the use of plugs subsequent tubes being in contact, preventing the seepage of water inside tubes.

Depending on customer requirements, inspection results can be forwarded to higher levels of plant management systems for sorting and/or statistical purposes.

These systems can be delivered with a complete water management system, including pumps, settling tank and filtration.

Systems are available on two basic automation platforms, Allen Bradley or Siemens.
