Reeless Systems – HS-2000

The Mecnov Reeless Packaging System has been specifically designed for wire and cable manufacturers using de-mountable reels. This system can significantly increase production and overall product  quality. This reeless coil package system allows tremendous savings by eliminating the need to re-spool operation and shipping reels.

The in-floor installation allows the operator to roll the reel on and off the tilting table. The HS-2000 can accept reels of different sizes and eliminates the use of air impact tools which deteriorate the reel mechanism.

The HS-2000 is modular and includes a tilting table, jib crane and trolley, tooling head and hydraulic unit. Mecnov can provide all the modules or a separate module as the customer wishes.

This modular concept allows the system to be adapted to a stand-alone operation (vertical or horizontal spooler configuration).

Current production models can accept reels from 16 in. to 48 in.
