Mecnov Hydraulic Dough Dividers are user-friendly due to a single Human Machine Interface (HMI) located next to the machine. Dividers are equipped with improved BP compatible top box and division box. They all include primary and secondary stainless steel variable speed conveyors equipped with state-of-the-art AC motors and drives.
Stainless steel flour dispensers are controlled using DC motors and drives.
All our dividers are equipped with reliable and precise automated pressure lubrication for greater products consistency and longer life of casting components.
The custom-made hydraulic unit is equipped with hydraulic components from renowned manufacturers. The hydraulic unit operates without supervision and can be located away from the divider.
Mecnov’s dough dividers are equipped with custom UHMW ram and stainless steel knive.
