Dough Conveyors – Continuous Dough Conveyors

Mecnov designs and fabricates continuous dough conveyors to convey continuous dough strands.

The frames, rollers, and tensioning devices of these conveyors are made of stainless steel. All openings are capped to allow efficient and fast cleaning.

All bearings used on these conveyors have stainless steel inserts with polyamid housing. Motors and speed reducers are BISSC approved.

Conveyors are equipped with food grade belting and scrappers to keep the belt clean.

Vertical units are mounted on wheels and are portable. Horizontal units are equipped with swivel mounting brackets to allow installation from ceiling thrusts or other fixtures.
