Profiles Pre-recycling Unit

The Mecnov Profiles Pre-recycling Unit is designed to quickly, easily and safely separate coextrusion from plastic profiles for raw material recycling purposes.

The coextrusion is cut in a linear way and gets separated in a continuous string that can either be wound or deposited in a container. The process is clean and does not generate dust or plastic shreds.

The pre-recycling unit is efficient and, in most cases, is able to recuperate 98% of the prime profile material.
